It has been narrated from the Holy Prophet (S.A.W.W.) that any person who reads the following dua after Fajr prayers, will receive many benefits:
Allah takes an oath that if this person either prays it or keeps it on himself, he will further benefit with these 7 things:
1) He will be saved from accidental death.
2) He will be saved from the questioning of Munkar and Nakeer, in the grave.
3) The squeezing of the grave and darkness will not effect him.
4) All the doors of hell will be closed for you.
5) Saved from all types of sicknesses.
6) He will open all 8 doors of heaven for you.
7) You will be saved from oppressors and tyrants.

bismillahir rahmanir rahim

ا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ الْجَلِيْلُ الْجَبَّار

la illaha illalahul jaleelul jabbaar

there is no god save allah, the glorious, the supreme.

لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ الْعَزِيْزُ الْغَفَّارُ

la illaha illalahul azeezul ghaffaar

there is no god save allah, the mighty, the oft-returning.

لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ

la illaha illalahul waahidul qah-haar

there is no god save allah, the one , the dominating.

لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهٗ

la illaha illalahu wahdahu la shareeka lahu

there is no god save allah, the single who has no associate,

اِلٰهًا وَاحِدًا وَ نَحْنُ لَهٗ مُسْلِمُوْنَ

ilaahan wahidan wa nahnu lahu muslimoon

the only god, we surrender ourselves to his will.

لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهٗ

la illaha illalahu wahdahu la shareeka lahu

there is no god save allah, the single who has no associate,

اِلٰهًا وَاحِدًا وَ نَحْنُ لَهٗ مُخلِسُون

ilaahan wahidan wa nahnu lahu mukhlisoon

the only god, we are those who are sincere

لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ وَحْدَهٗ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهٗ

la illaha illalahu wahdahu la shareeka lahu

there is no god save allah, the single who has no associate,

اِلٰهًا وَاحِدًا وَ نَحْنُ لَه عابِدُون

ilaahan wahidan wa nahnu lahu a'abidoon

the only god, we are those who worship you.

لَا اِلٰهَ اِلَّا اللهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ عَلِيٌّ وَلِيُّ اللهِ

la illaha illalahu, mohammadur rasulul laahi, a'liyun wali yul laahi,

there is no god save allah, muhammad is the messenger of allah, ali is the vicegerent of allah.

وَ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلٰي خَيْرِ خَلْقِهٖ وَ مَظْهَرِ لُطْفِهٖ

wa sallal laahu a'laa khairi khalqihi wa maz'hare lutfihi

blessings of allah be on his best creation, the manifestation of his pleasure,

مُحَمَّدٍ وَ اٰلِهٖ اَجْمَعِيْنَ الطَّيِّبِيْنَ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ

mohammadin wa aalihi ajma'een-at- tayyibeen-at- tahireen

muhammad and his excellent & purified children,

بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا اَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ

, be-rahmatika ya arhamar rahimeen.

on account of your mercy, o most merciful

حَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَ نِعْمَ الْوَكِيْلُ نِعْمَ الْمَوْلٰي وَ نِعْمَ النَّصِيْرُ.
